Within our team, we have excellent skills to organise anything from small conferences to corporate exhibitions, Charity events to weddings. We can also provide onsite co-ordination on the day if required.

  • Managing registration payments where applicable

  • Booking speakers

  • Creating presentations/Flyers or other event material

  • Organisation of props and audio equipment    

  • Sourcing reliable and cost effective suppliers

  • Compiling attendee and guest lists

  • On-site event support and coordination 

  • Acting as the first point of contact for attendees, speakers, suppliers and contractors

  • Ordering stock and equipment

  • Ensuring all staff and suppliers know what they’re doing and where they’re going

  • Making sure the day runs to plan and that everyone is safe and happy
